It was released theatrically across the UK on over 300 screens in September 2015 and BILL will be available on DVD from 15th February 2016, courtesy of Universal Pictures (UK). It will also be available on Digital HD from 5th February 2016 and Digital On Demand from 12th February, released by Vertigo Films.
